Lapsed Members
If you are a former member who has let your subscription lapse you can no longer renew online. Only current member can renew online.
You must follow the processes for joining as a new member either joining online or by post.
All the details on the screens or the paper form will need to be completed. You will receive a new membership number and you will have to rejoin any groups you used to belong to using your new number.
All Renewals
Our annual membership renewal period has now ended. If you didn't renew during the period, you MUST join as a new member. You will get a new number. When you go to your groups, you need to give the group leader your NEW number. You old one will not work. The following instructions only apply during the renewall period, which has now ended.
Please renew online if possible. Please note that this method is only available during our annual membership renewal period.

If you renew online, you will be registered as a paid up member immediately. You will receive confirmation by automated email containing a digital membership card very soon after you complete the process.
Doing it online greatly speeds up the process and reduces the workload on our membership volunteers. It also reduces the chances of errors in putting data into our membership system (Beacon).

Gift Aid
During the renewal process, you will be asked if you wish to allow us to claim Gift Aid on your renewal. Please go to Gift Aid for an explanation of what this is and the conditions that apply to it.
A Note about Membership Cards
A membership card is not essential but do make a note of your membership number.
Your number remains the same every year and you will need to quote it when registering with our various groups.
Details of lapsed members, including their membership number, are held for seven years.
If you renew online your confirmation email will include a digital membership card. This can be printed or downloaded to your phone. See instructions on Saving your membership card on a phone.
