Make the most of life once you are no longer in full-time employment by exploring new ideas, skills and interests with your local u3a; our emphasis is on learning for pleasure. There is no age restriction.

Visit a group before you join. Click here Groups. Please contact the Groups Coordinator for details.

If you are not yet a member you can still come along to one taster session at up totwo different groups on a trial basis to see if our u3a is for you, although we do ask that you pay the members' contribution, usually £2.00, as that goes towards the room hire etc. if relevant. Contact the Groups Coordinatorfor more details.

Come along to one of our Monthly Meetings in Morecambe or Lancaster.

Please read Principles of the u3a and our Member Code of Conduct before applying in order to understand our purpose and what is expected from our members.

When you join us, you will be given a membership number which remains the same throughout your membership of our u3a.

You will need to quote it when registering with our various groups. Details of lapsed members, including their membership number, are held for seven years.
