This group was set up during the Covid pandemic and is continuing to meet on Zoom on the 4th Tuesday of each month.  All members of the group are encouraged to take part - either to present a talk on their chosen topic, or join in a discussion.

Presenting a talk is a great opportunity to do some research into an artist or art movement or a particular work of art, and then share that information with other interested people. 

Meeting on Zoom also allows us the opportunity to look closely at an artwork. 

We have had meetings where members each chose a piece of art which they liked, or had some significance for them.

We have had talks about Breugel, Marc Chagall, the Pre-Raphaelites and more. We can also exchange ideas about websites/podcasts/exhibitions etc.
