Who do I contact if....?

  • All member details are held solely on their central membership record in a standard format.
  • Members can view, update and save their amended contact details through the Members Portal but must follow the standard format.
  • Alternatively, members can still request for their details to be amended by the Membership Secretary. Contact Membership Secretary

Contact our Distribution team

  • Since August 2025, if you have not renewed your membership during the annual renewal period (August) you are no longer a member and must join again as a new member.
  • You must follow the processes for joining as a new member, either joining online or by post. All the details on the screens or the paper form will need to be completed.
  • You will receive a new membership number and you will have to rejoin any groups you used to belong to using your new number.
  • Go to New Members Page

  • A membership card is no longer necessary, as long as you can remember your number or have your old card for reference. You must still be a fully paid up member to attend groups and meetings.
  • A replacement card can be requested via the Members Portal and will be emailed to you automatically. Note that you might need to scroll down on the email attachment to reveal the card.
