New Group starting 19th October
Holistic Helpdesk will be a regular group that meets to help each other understand what is available these days and to discuss what health benefits might be obtained by complementing what doctors and hospitals offer through their pharmaceutical and surgical approaches.
As we all age, we can’t help but notice how we start to slow down, have more aches and pains and visit the doctor or even
hospital more frequently. But is it inevitable?
Discussion based, it will focus on a wide variety of approaches and the leader, Tony, will welcome anyone with experience in this area as well as members who want to learn more about the various therapies available. Perhaps there are some u3a members who have been, or still are, practising as part-time therapists or have had personal experience of how a particular therapy has helped you? Why not come and share your experiences with us?
Contact the Groups Coordinator for more details and to be added to the membership list.
Opposite the Police Station. Wheelchair accessible.
