We are having our next Winter Wine tasting event starting at 6-30pm on: Saturday 14th November, 2026
These are sociable events which are open to all L&M u3a members. They are held in the Lounge at the Church of the Ascension in Torrisholme, which has bus-stops very close to the venue (No.1 from and to Lancaster and Morecambe).
We have to vacate the Hall by 9-00pm, so normally finish at 8-45pm.
As usual, the maximum number we can accommodate is 40, and it is very much on a first come first served basis for u3a members! However, we will operate a waiting list system if this number is exceeded. BOOKING WILL BE BY RECEIPT OF COMPLETED BOOKING FORM ONLY.
The CLOSING DATE for applicants is 1st November.
Like last time, the evening will cost £12-50per person – and we will provide 6 different wines for the event.
PLEASE NOTE THE BOOKING FORM WILL APPEAR IN THE OCTOBER NEWSLETTER BUT BE SENT DIRECTLY TO ALL CURRENT MEMBERS OF THE GROUP AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER.
