This group is for all those who understand that life will inevitably come to an end at some point and therefore would like to prepare in advance by learning how we can all make choices that allow us to take more control and experience our own happy ending.
The group will also be looking at how to compile a playlist of your favourite music to listen to and be remembered by; to make your own mala, (a string of beads or knots used in praying and meditating) to provide spiritual support to help you during your preparation; to make a list of precious objects to accompany you into a hospice or hospital, if either of those turn out to be part of your journey; and to understand other choices you can make as part of your preparation.
Opposite the Police Station. Wheelchair accessible.
