A good number of u3a members have joined our very friendly group at Lancaster Tennis Club and are enjoying playing tennis, often after a break of a few years. We are a very friendly group and players of all standards are welcome. There will always be someone there to help.
Tennis is every Monday between 10 and 12 am at Lune Road Cricket Club.
Anyone is welcome regardless of standard.
Tennis is weather dependent and we have a WhatsApp group so that we can decide if it’s on that Monday.
Two astroturf courts are reserved for u3a members from 10am to 1pm on Mondays and there is a clubhouse if you'd like to make a drink.

When Group Leader is away, there will always be someone there to help.
Fee per session is £2.

Parking. Wheelchair accessible. Bus number 11 from Bus Station, or 4 from University via Infirmary. NB: The entrance to the Tennis Club is on Lune Road.
