The group are on a beautiful walk near Melling. They are walking down a field. A hawthorn is in flower on the left; there's a stone wall, fells in the distance and fluffy clouds in a blue sky,

Our walks are always in areas accessible by public transport from Lancaster and usually timed to make full use of free bus passes.

These walks are 6-8 miles in length. They may involve some rough ground and ascents and descents.

Please bring a picnic lunch and the walk will usually finish at a suitable place for refreshments.
